Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from your purchase date, depending on product availability, order verification, and carrier schedules.

Every order ships free. No minimums, no fine print.

How We Ship
We use trusted courier partners for every delivery. Some shipments may require a signature on arrival to keep your order secure.

Track Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow it right to your door.

Need to Change Your Address?
Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address needs updating. We'll do everything we can to help, but once an order enters processing or shipment, changes can't be guaranteed.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Not happy with your order? We want to make it right.

You Have 14 Days
Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

What Qualifies
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Complete with labels, seals, and tags intact
  • Free from any damage that happened after delivery

Starting a Return
Reach out to our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

We'll walk you through the rest and send over next steps.

Getting Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or payment provider may add a little extra processing time on their end.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer, with a few exceptions. If your item arrived:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective out of the box
  • Or shipped incorrectly by us

then we'll arrange a replacement or cover return shipping at no cost to you.
